WE WERE HIT BY THE GUILD HACK

Everyone stay calm...we were hit by the guild hack. Make sure to keep checking the forums here to stay on top of everything. We'll keep you updated with what we're doing about it.

From what I've read, all the hack does is delete the guild name but the guild is still in Nexon's database so it's impossible to remake the guild. We have to wait to see what nexon's next move is.

Hmm, whats the guild hack all about? I've heard about it but I dont sseriously know what it is.

You're telling me. On the positive side, this is exactly what the forum is for. When tragedies like this hit maple, at least the guild knows where to come to stay in contact with each other.

As far as the guild goes, I'm still not sure what's happening. Nexon is doing a patch apparently so we'll see what happens. I did log a ticket with Nexon telling them about the guild and asking them if they'll restore the guild, but I didn't get an answer yet.

Just sit tight everyone for a few more days until we can find out what Nexon is doing after this patch.

On the nexon site it says -

"We will announce recovery plan as soon as possible. We sincerely apologize for your inconvenience."

So hopefully they will be able to help us...

lol, i was online wen the hack was goin on and a bunch of ppl wanted to join the guild, but i logged off before the hacker could get to us.... but he/she still got us ><

Before proceeding with a compensation plan, we have a database of guilds we believe have been hacked and we need members of those guilds to verify their information with us. We would like to request players from hacked guilds to submit their guild name and guild leader's name through the ticketing system.



Please submit a ticket titled "Guild Hack Verification" to the Harassment category and User Abuse subcategory. Please follow the guidelines in ordered to be verified. If we do not receive your verification as specified you will not be included in the compensation plan.

Thanks for the offer to donate, John! If all goes well and Nexon does their part hopefully we will get either the guild back or mesos to start a new one from them. I hope they'll have some plan up and running before the start of next week.

We keep checking Nexon's website hoping that they'll update something about the reimbursement package, but they haven't said anything for awhile.

Hm, I don't know... I think he goes through phases of playing and not playing. I know he got grounded once and wasn't allowed to use the computer or something, but you should try to contact him on Myspace if anything.

Who knows how much longer it's going to be. It doesn't look like Nexon is in any big hurry to get their compensation plan working.

I hate Nexon. I remember about a year ago when Wizet worked by themselves or something. Is Nexon making anything any better so far?

Wait. I have a question. WHO LIKES PIE!!! =D That's not the real question though. The real question is: If Infatuated comes back, how will we remember ALL the people that were in it? I mean, the people on the forum are easy to remember, because they are on the forum. But what about the people that AREN'T on the forum? Will they get invited back? o.o Ok, not really A question, but the questions were related! I miss Infatuated... ><
